This spot is located near the food court in the cosmopolitan. One of the "sit down and order" spots on that floor. They do some really fancy milkshakes and the food was decent. Service was incredibly slow and staff was a bit overwhelmed so not super friendly. Good size menu with plenty of vegetarian options. Also full bar with good cocktails.

TLDR - Expensive burgers - Excellent onion rings - Stacked milkshakes Ambiance - Great place to grab a burger if it's something you're craving. Relaxed environment with great bar seating. Design of decorations is cool. Kid friendly. Ambiance (5/5) Food - Burgers were delicious. Just the place for an expensive burger that will satisfy your hunger. Onion rings were great. Stacked milkshakes to hop yourself up on sugar (booze optional in the shakes). Food (4/5) Service - Was seated quickly and waiter took our order once we were ready. He forgot to put the onion rings in for our order but was able to get them quickly to our table once notified. Knowledgeable on the beers on tap. Service (4/5) Conclusions: - Great burger spot that's been around for a while - Might be closed by now since the waiter said they would be closing in 10 days

We were in Vegas on July 4th and friends are staying in Cosmopolitan, so this restaurant is the closest to us. The food was excellent. We ordered fire bird (or cage bird) burger with lettuce wrap. It comes with a few strips of bacon as well. For salad, I tried the Thai steak salad which has a kick to it. The steaks are tender and juicy! Sadly, we saw a sign that the restaurant will close on 7/7, three days from now. We will definitely miss this place.

Have been here so many times and I can't believe I've never written a review and well now they're closing, but this was one of my musts always when on the strip! What am I going to do with no more Cesar Brussel sprouts!!! They were one of the best appetizers I've ever had! Have never been to another place that has them! Service was always friendly and never busy enough to where you would have to wait. I will miss this place so much!

We got lucky and beat the rush. Arrived a little before 5pm and was seated right away. Burgers were pretty big, but I managed to eat the whole thing. It was that good. I forget the name, but it had potato chips and fried pickles on it. (Mouth watering as I type this) And have to mention the shakes!! We shared a peanut butter banana shake with vodka. Deeeeelicious! Could've used more alcohol in our opinion. They also offer Alcohol free for the kids. Server was attentive, food came out fast. I'd go back!

The Family and I arrived in Vegas around noon today and made our way to Holsteins. I seem to recall going to Holsteins several years ago. Maybe 20 or so and it was located at a gas station. Holsteins is located at the swanky Cosmopolitan across from the food court. Since it's Tuesday the place wasn't busy and we were seated right away. Sarah arrived to take our order. She was very patient with us being that it was our first time. We ordered drinks from the bar while we looked at the menu. Yes, a burger joint with a full bar. Besides burgers, Holsteins offers a whole menagerie of dishes that would please any diner. Don't want a burger? Order a salad or mac n cheese. The burgers are pretty big. Two people can easily share one. Kiddo and I split the Gold Standard burger which is the most popular burger on the menu. It was cooked a perfect medium and piled high with aged goat cheddar cheese, smoked bacon, tomato confit, chive aioli and baby arugula. Surprisingly, it stayed together pretty well despite being cut in half. The Mrs. ordered and we also shared The Burger, again, cooked a perfect medium and piled high with Galbi glaze, crispy yams, nori furikake, tempura avocado and spicy mayo. My only criticism is that the tempura batter was overcooked. As a side we ordered the Garlic-Parmesan Fries tossed in a roasted garlic aioli. Sarah told us one order of fries would feed the three of us and it did. The service we received from Sarah was excellent and our drinks were really good. The Mrs. Loved her Margarita and my Manhattan was really good.

I came across this place while browsing around the Cosmo for lunch and it did not disappoint! My group and I were really hungry and luckily this place did not have a long wait like some of the others did. From the outside, the restaurant didn't look that that big but it was quite spacious once you enter. My group had our luggage with us but the host was kind enough to hold them for us while we ate. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. It didn't take long for us to get our order in but it did take a while for the food to come out. To be fair, the place was pretty packed inside. My table ordered a variety of burgers and sides. I got The Classic and it was so juicy and delicious. It was huge and definitely filled me up. I also got a side of the house salad which came with a nice tangy vinaigrette dressing. The Mac n Cheese was very creamy and the bread crumbs were a nice touch of texture. The garlic parmesan fries are a must have if you are a garlic lover! Very savory and full of flavor. If you are ever on the strip, I would definitely recommend checking this place out! The prices are pretty fair for what you can find on the strip and the portions are generous.

We stumbled upon this place while looking for some lunch after a series of flight delays. At 1pm on a Friday afternoon, we were seated right away, which was surprising considering the amount of people in the direct area at the time. Although busy, the space felt pretty open and inviting. The food was good! I ordered the Crazy Bird, which is essentially their chicken sandwich. Thick cut of chicken with tomato, lettuce, cheese, and sauce/dressing. Very flavorful and savory! I also ordered the sweet potato fries, which were crispy and perfectly seasoned. Portion wise, it could be shared between 2 people if you're looking for more of a snack rather than a whole meal.

Was here last week on 3/3/24, and my wife and I had a really nice dinner. I chose 'The Burger' and my wife had the 'Gold Standard'. Borh burgers were tasty and delicious. We also tried the Thicker Than A Snicker milk shake that was overwhelmingly decadent and so good. Our waiter did a great job of going over the menu, and that helped us make our decisions. This is a great place for lunch or dinner, and the milkshakes are worth a visit just to try one of them.

Hamburgers, onion rings, and shakes! Got your attention?! Well, you have come to the right place! I'm all about good food, good service, and a fun atmosphere. Everything we had was delicious! You want boozy shakes? They have them! I had plain chocolate, and it was delicious. FYI, I never get milkshakes, and it did not disappoint! Hamburgers are huge, so you may want to share... I'm warning you now, the onion rings were probably the best we have ever had! Absolutely outstanding!! I dare you to have just one. They weren't greasy, just full of deliciousness! Make a reservation, it's in the cosmopolitan Hotel.
